As lockdown continues, so does our hard work and the caring service we’ve built a reputation for locally. Unable to show buyers and tenants around properties in person, we’ve brought in some innovative methods to enable them to still view potential new homes, while keeping our full, fantastic service running as usual.

The use of technology is proving so popular with would-be buyers and renters that some are still putting in an offer to buy or rent a home on the strength of a virtual viewing alone. Incredibly, in just the past week, we’ve achieved 5 sale completions, 1 agreed sale and 3 agreed lets.

Recently there’s been a boom in lettings after the initial shockwave of lockdown, and we are receiving huge amounts of enquires from tenants eager to move. We have agreed 3 let properties within the past week, and 1 was actually listed and let in the same week! For those who are keen to find a new home there remains plenty of choice. Zoopla figures show there has been no mass withdrawal of homes from the property market as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. The property market might seem like its at a stand still, but it is still moving!
