While the news might project some doom and gloom, we’re finding incredible success for our clients locally – with many homes under offer, let or sold last month and some astounding figures found from our hard working office teams in Wembley and Harrow!

New homes
In our hardworking new homes department, we’ve been promoting The Hillview development where, as of August, all units are now under offer! With Help to Buy offering 5% deposits with a loan from the government, as well the added stamp duty holiday, this has given many the step up onto the property ladder they needed, and we’re excited for those looking to move into their brand-new homes soon.
Sales
In the sales department, happy sellers and buyers are reaching their property goals. Here are just a few of the completions we achieved for our vendors:
